I have lived, traveled and taught all over the world and I now call Coupeville, WA home. When not teaching or taking yoga, I can be found hiking, backpacking, singing mantras, or sharing adventures and laughs with friends.

I full-heartedly believe that when we are witnessed in our authentic expression and supported with psychoeducation, somatic awareness, and a healthy support system, trauma can be transformed into meaningful growth. I am inspired by the fullness of each individual’s story within our shared collective human experience and believe empowerment is available to us all."

I lead from my own heart found path. My experience in teaching a variety of styles of yoga including Hatha, Tantra Hatha, Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, Meditation, Mantra and Pranayama enables me to adapt and connect with students of all ages and abilities. My teaching style is rooted in connection and creation from a trauma informed approach thay allows my students to ensure they feel supported and safe.
I’ve been an avid yoga student for 8 years before deciding to pursue my 200 YTT in Peru in 2021. After a serious car accident which resulted in a debilitating back injury, yoga was the only form of activity that helped me heal my body, mind, and spirit. From this experience, I developed the belief that we all have the ability to heal ourselves and yoga is a powerful transformational tool in the healing process. I strongly believe in following the intuition of each individual’s body and cultivating mindful presence to connect to the highest version of ourselves which allows us to be receptive to the messages of our hearts. My classes have unique flows with alignment options for everyone’s abilities delivered in a trauma informed approached to honor the reverence of each person’s inner knowing.

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and Registered 500 Hour Yoga Instructor. With over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with unique mental health concerns in various settings and life stages, I have developed a deep passion for bringing congruence between the mind and body connection and taking a collaborative approach to holistic wellness.
Often times it can be difficult to give ourselves space to reflect on our hearts deepest desires and ask for support. I honor and recognize the courage it takes and the willingness to be open that lead you here and I believe understanding your human experience is the path towards healing. My practice style includes a strengths based approach that incorporates wonder, acceptance, and compassion as core values of my approach.
My primary objective is to create a safe, compassionate, non-judgemental, and confidential space for healing to take place. I take the time to fully understand your concerns and work alongside your chosen path to ensure my approaches are designed to meet your unique needs. My priority is to ensure you feel supported as we work together to discover your strengths and resources. I strive to hold space for self determination by providing one-on-one support for reflection, development of practical skills for managing your concerns, and cultivation of a deeper sense of self-awareness.
Each persons path towards healing and wellness is unique. For this reason, I use an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from several healing modalities to help facilitate personal exploration and growth. In this process you are the expert in knowing what you need and I am a guide to help explore alternative perspectives and interventions in order for you to create the space for your wellness journey.
